We currently offer delivery services within Calamba City and nearby areas. Our team ensures careful handling and timely dispatch, but please note that delays may occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified immediately in such cases.
Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, returns are not generally accepted. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution. We may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.
